With significant experience in divestitures, carve outs, standups, and rationalizations of legacy businesses, she loves the challenge of helping teams navigate difficult situations. Diane focuses on what is best for the organization and then streamlines the business for stability and sustainable growth. Diane understands the challenges of transforming in resource constrained mid-market enterprises, especially those with a combination of global presence, manufacturing operations, legacy businesses and other complexities. Diane was most recently the CFO and Executive Director at Kodak Alaris, a global imaging company. She has significant experience as a change management leader, including M&A (buy-side and sell-side), ERP implementations and other business restructurings. Prior to Kodak Alaris, Diane worked for Eastman Kodak Company, Genencor International and Arthur Andersen. Diane now works as an advisor, applying her years of experience to assist other mid-market companies on their transformation journeys. She can serve as a Board Director to companies going through transformation, or as a CFO advisor for project-based, fractional or interim CFO assignments.
