Diane is a statutory board director and executive CFO sought out by PE-backed and mid-market corporations to architect and govern complex financial and operational transformations. With a deep, hands-on background spanning global tax, treasury, and corporate control, she expertly overhauls capital structures and leverages financial discipline as the primary driver of market stability, unlocking historic profitability and significant shareholder value. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead successful turnarounds, manage global liquidity decisions, and stabilize large, global organizations during periods of high-stakes M&A and structural change.
Diane is a strategic governance leader. She was appointed as executive director on the holding company board of a UK-based global firm (Kodak Alaris). Through this role, she provided fiduciary oversight on corporate strategy, risk management, and compliance, guiding the company toward a successful strategic exit. She extended her command of complexity to operations, leveraging sophisticated tax planning expertise across extensive international jurisdictions (including the US, UK, China, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Australia, Singapore, France, etc.) and deep knowledge of governmental compliance and expansion requirements. Her ability to translate complex financial concepts drives strategic decisions by the board and C-suite.
Most recently, Diane was progressively promoted over the course of a decade to ultimately lead the full financial transformation of the $500M global imaging business Kodak Alaris as chief financial officer. She directed a turnaround that delivered historic cash flow positive status and a 21% increase in adjusted EBITDA despite managing a 19% revenue decline and the COVID-19 crisis. She successfully orchestrated the sale of the group to a private equity firm, overseeing due diligence, QoE, and complex carve-out processes. In addition, she directed the modernization of core finance operations, championing multiple ERP implementations and significantly reducing the international legal entity footprint.
Diane’s leadership is characterized by a unique fusion of strategic vision, operational rigor, and a people-first philosophy. She is a resilient, “roll-up-her-sleeves” executive, adept at tackling complex multifaceted problems and translating financial data into a clear, value-creating business agenda. Championing a culture where accountability and kindness prevail, she focuses on measurable outcomes and disciplined execution. She actively engages with and builds strong, high-performing teams, resulting in her consistently achieving the best employee engagement scores among executive-led teams.
Diane holds an MBA in accounting as well as a bachelor of science in accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management within The State University of New York. She is also a certified public accountant and has completed a corporate board readiness program through How Women Lead.
